Frequently Asked Questions

These are in no particular order of importance.

1. Our church wants to work with you, Carl & Marsha. Are you flexible on which parts of KCC we utilize?

YES! You only need to use the options which are appropriate for you.

2. Since you are traveling to our church and will be spending the night, are you willing to stay in the home of a church member instead of a hotel?

Thank you for the offer. However, we must respectfully decline. Over the years, in many different situations, we've learned that staying in a hotel is simply the best solution for many reasons.

3. How are the finances handled regarding your fees?

Once we've all agreed on the date, location, fees and which parts of KCC to use at your church, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount agreed upon to hold the date. This can be sent immediately via credit card, or a check can be sent to us. The date is NOT locked in firmly until we receive the deposit.

We only have "X" number of weekends to work with each year. If we block out a date for a specific church, we need to be certain that event will happen.
