This is a WONDERFUL opportunity for you to get out in your community and meet your neighbors where they live and work and play! It gives you a chance to meet and greet people whom you might otherwise NEVER have a chance to interact with!

An ideal setting for this is a large apartment complex where we have a lot of people AND KIDS already in place that are NOT going somewhere. If we hold this at a mall or in a shopping mall, as an example, people have the built in excuse of "being in a hurry!" Apartment complexes often look for events like this to provide extra value to their residents!

The normal activity which we provide is a FUN magic show which has some gospel magic in it. By design, we do NOT make that a major focus of the show since we are trying to attract as large an audience as possible so that they will get to know you and your church family.

If possible, it's great (but not required), if your church can provide things such as hot dogs, chips, drinks and even small give-aways with your church name and website on them. We can help with the non-food items. We have several things that make GREAT give-aways which are not expensive but promote your church.

The best time for an event like this is usually between 10-2. That gives you time to arrive, get set up, have a GREAT event, tear down, pack up, go home and get ready for a GREAT time at the Church that night!

The time has to be flexible based on whether or not you want to add any of the optional classes we offer your members. Things such as balloon creations, facepainting or clowning classes can be offered Saturday morning or afternoon and/or on Sunday afternoon. We must be through 3 hours before the start of the Saturday evening event.

It IS possible to schedule everything in such a way as to have all 9 parts of KidsClownChurch that we offer. It's a FUN FILLED weekend!!
